We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from InnerPeaceCrystals. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@innerpeacecrystals.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
