Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your crystals. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at innerpeacecrystalsuk@gmail.com with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
