Situation	What to do
Royal Mail 2nd Class (no tracking)	If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us. We will investigate and reship or refund.
Tracked service	Use your tracking link. If the tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received it, check with neighbours and your local delivery office. Contact us if still missing after 2 days.
International	Delivery times vary by country. If your parcel has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail strikes, severe weather, or customs processing.

Situation	What happens
You provide an incorrect address	Your parcel may be returned to us. You will be charged for re-shipping.
You provide an incomplete address	We will contact you before dispatch. If we do not hear back within 3 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded (excluding payment processing fees).

Please double-check your address at checkout. We ship to the address you provide.

If your parcel is returned to us because:

Royal Mail error (confirmed)	We re-ship at no cost

If you do not wish to have the order re-shipped, we will refund the product cost (excluding original shipping fees and any payment processing fees).

PO Boxes	We ship to UK PO Boxes via Royal Mail. International PO Boxes may not be accepted.
